Alf Saggese

Managing Director, EMEA

As Managing Director of European Operations, Alf Saggese brings 20 years of telecommunications experience to Contactual.

Alf previously served as Managing Director, EMEA & Asia Pacific, at KANA Software.  Prior to KANA, Alf held a senior management position at Genesys Telecommunications, where he was responsible for developing both direct and indirect sales channels. Alf established an indirect sales model and brought several key reseller partners online, including Siemens, BT, Olivetti, Softlab, NCR, while simultaneously opening and staffing sales offices across Europe.

Before joining Genesys, Alf was the European Sales and Marketing Director for Rockwell Electronic Commerce Division, a manufacturer of Automatic Call Distributors (ACD) and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) middleware applications. Competing in a crowded market, Alf helped Rockwell reach and then quickly exceed its sales goals for five consecutive years, by developing a complete solution that appealed to large corporate buyers, and by establishing and managing the indirect sales and channel distribution alliances.

Alf has also held a variety of management positions at Aspect Telecommunications, Reuters, and Thorn EMI, and won numerous corporate awards during his employment - a testament to his commitment and expertise.

Alf graduated from the University of Hertfordshire, England, in Computer Science & Electronics Engineering.
